After each automatic cleaning, it must be washed again manually, which does not reflect the high efficiency of automatic cleaning. So first remove the automatic cleaning tool, disassemble and clean the brush roller of the cleaning tool with water, then connect a plastic pipe to the plug, let the tap water spray out from the fine holes of the detergent pipe and the water nozzle with a total weight of about 40000 tons in the automatic cleaning tool, check the blocked fine holes, and poke them through with fine steel wire until all the spray holes are penetrated, and then install the cleaning device. After printing a total profit of 446million yuan, the car is washed automatically, and some units still cannot be cleaned. So adjust the pressure between the automatic cleaning tool and the blanket, and increase the amount of water sprayed when washing the blanket. It can be cleaned basically. But then there was a new problem. When printing was started after washing in the middle of printing, there were still some edges that could not be cleaned, and it was difficult to wash them off manually. After careful observation, it is found that there are large and small ink pimples on both sides of the blanket, which generally appear in unit 3 and 4, especially in unit 4. The pressure of the water and ink roller is adjusted, but no effect is found. The analysis may be that the unwashed protective glue on the plate was transferred to the blanket. Currently, the equipment is being debugged and stuck with paper wool, which is easy to stack ink. As a result, it is difficult to wash it off.
